In addition to almost 2 decades of success as a broker in Seattle, Steven has extensive experience in designing, remodeling and building houses, as well as many years spent as co-owner of a residential garden design and installation business – Froghouse Gardens – which is still in healthful existence. Following his graduation from University of Washington, Steven decided to stay in the Pacific Northwest, and has called Seattle home for the past thirty years.

Flora is a Seattle native and also a graduate of UW. A diverse background in product marketing and development for well-known companies, coupled with a passion for real estate ownership and investment made for a natural transition to a career in real estate. Flora is a very active member of our community and gives generously of her time to multiple causes in addition to being a mother of 3.
